All bookings are based on a first come first served basis. For private charter, it is advisable to book at least one month in advance. F&B orders have to be made at least 7 working days before the charter date.

All booking/charter rates includes the usage of the yacht, a skipper, crew member(s) and fuel for the duration of the charter. The number of crew member varies from yacht to yacht.

Full payment is required for confirmation of any charters and F&B orders. We accept payment via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Once any booking/charter has been confirmed, meaning full payment has been made, we will notify you either through WhatsApp or a confirmation letter. Details such as the meeting point and point of contact will be stated in the WhatsApp and the letter.

Wear light clothing and easily removable footwear, as all yachts have a strict no-footwear onboard policy.  We also do recommend bringing your own sunscreen, sunglasses and hat for day time charters.

Do bring along your own towels, toiletries and change of clothing if you plan to get into the water.

For those who are prone to motion sickness, please bring along your own medication and take it an hour or two before going onboard.

Charters consist of a combination of both cruise and anchor. 

Cruising destinations are to the Southern Islands (St John’s Island, Lazarus Island and Kusu Island), Marina City Skyline only and Sentosa.  The yacht will anchor around/at Lazarus Island.  Requests for other cruising destinations are up to the Captain’s discretion and fuel surcharges will apply.

For a hassle free yachting trip, we highly recommend ordering your food and drinks with us as we will send the food and drinks onboard, with full set of necessary cutleries to the yacht.   

Alternatively, you are welcome to bring along your own food and drinks onboard.  Please bring along your own disposable cutleries, cups, napkins and ice as these are not provided by the yacht.

Relevant corkage charges will only be applicable if you intend to hire an external catering company to do a set up onboard.  Please check with our sales team on the relevant cost.

The maximum number of passengers onboard a yacht varies from yacht to yacht.  Every person, regardless of age (even babies and toddlers), will be counted as a headcount.  Our team will gladly recommend you a suitable yacht for your group size.

In the case of light rain, the charter will still proceed as per arranged.  However, in the event of a heavy down pour or if the Skipper advises otherwise, you may postpone your charter to another available date.  This will be assessed 30mins before your charter.

For pre-ordered F&B, we will arrange for you to takeaway.  New orders will have to be made for the next postponed date.  No refund will be provided.

100% Refund – Applicable only if cancellation is done at least 30 days prior to the commencement date of the charter.

50% Refund – Applicable if it is cancelled within 14 to 29 days prior to the commencement date of the charter.

No Refund – No refund will be considered if cancellation is done 14 days prior to the commencement of the charter.
